I have completed numerous real estate projects throughout my life in France and abroad. I decided to turn my passion into my profession and developed a unique approach based on my experience as a lawyer and coach.

Fees
Sales and research mandate
It is specified that the fee scale displayed below mentions the maximum rates charged by Justine Haumont in application of the decree of January 26, 2022 modifying the decree of January 10, 2017 relating to consumer information by professionals involved in a real estate transaction.
The consumer is informed that the scale applied by the commercial agent can never be exceeded.
The fees are understood to be payable by the purchaser, including all taxes (TTC).
In the case of a percentage, the rate applies to the portion of the price of the property.
It is specified that in the context of a delegation of mandate granted by another real estate professional (agency, developer, etc.), the applicable scale will be that of the agency holding the mandate or that of the developer.
